I love these. The art may be ‘ugly’ by today’s standards but the ukiyo-e style’s charm lies in the unique atmosphere it creates. Traditional stuff at its best. Take a look at Sacchan, for instance. What elegance!

OOC: Finally answering to this… Since I don’t know either Peacemaker Kurogane nor Hakuouki I wanted to watch some episodes before answering… I choose Hakuouki since everyone always talk about how everyone is so hot and stuff. I really tried watching it. I REALLY TRIED HARD! …but I started getting sleepy before the opening *pokerface*. If my interests weren’t the opposite of most girls,I would have done something less lame,but… that’s all I could came with. Yep. Sorry OTL…
